Trust And Release

Online
mindfulness & integration coaching
for inner journeys

I support women and feminine beings who feel
numb, shut down, or “not in their body”
–especially around intimacy and sexuality–
to come back to safety, sensation, and desire.
All of the work is built around:
preparation→ inner journey→ integration.
Cannabis (where legal) is one of the main tools we can include
but it’s never required and you are always in choice.

When your body is asking for something different

You don’t have to fit in a neat label !

These are some of the threads I often see in the people who feel called to this work:

  • You feel more at home in your head than in your body, especially around intimacy and sexuality.

  • You’ve done therapy, self‑help, or spiritual work, but your body still feels guarded, numb, or distant.

  • In intimacy, you notice patterns of pleasing, freezing, fawning, or enduring, rather than feeling genuinely available for contact.

  • You already use cannabis and feel it could be more conscious, intentional, boundaried, or you’re curious but cautious.

  • You’re not looking for another quick technique. You’re longing for a different relationship with yourself that feels more honest, kind, and alive.

If you recognize yourself here, you’re not broken.

Your Body has been protecting you !

This is where we start.

The invitation

This is an invitation to slow down.To pause the noise of the world and really listen to what’s stirring within you.I offer you a safe and gentle space to reconnect with yourself,
to breathe, and to remember your natural rhythm.
Through mindfulness, guided meditation, gentle movement,
and the intentional use of cannabis (where legal),
we soften into presence,
one breath,
one moment at a time.
Together,
we explore the landscapes of your inner world.
We open the door to self‑reflection, emotional release, and spiritual exploration. We invite honesty, softness, and curiosity,
helping you meet yourself more fully.
This is a space where all of you is welcome:Your body, your mind, your heart. There is no rush here.
We move at your pace, allowing what needs to be felt to unfold naturally.
Our time together is about growing in awareness,
finding meaning in your experience,
and asking the questions that lead you home to yourself.
We walk side by side, humbly, gently, and growing together. So your insights actually change your experience of life,
not just your mood.

What might change over time

This is slow, body‑based work.

No miracles, no crazy promises – just honest support for real change.

Over time, this kind of process can support you to:

  • Feel more present and less numb in your body, especially in intimate or vulnerable moments.

  • Notice your own yes, no, and “not yet” more clearly, and trust it.

  • Shift from enduring or performing to feeling more genuine desire and choice.

  • Soften patterns of over‑thinking, checking out, or freezing when things get intense.

  • Build a more regulated nervous system, so that inner journeys feel safer and more workable.

  • Develop a more conscious relationship with cannabis itself; less numbing, more intentional, more aligned with what you actually want.

  • Turn insights from inner journeys into concrete shifts in how you live, relate, and set boundaries.

We go at the pace of your nervous system, not the pace of your expectations.

How we work together

All our work happens online, from the comfort of your home. It’s important that you’re in a space that feels safe and private to you.Everything we do sits inside the arc of:Preparation → Inner Journey → IntegrationThat arc can support:

  • Cannabis‑assisted inner journeys (where legal)

  • Deep inner work in sober states

Sessions are repeated as needed.

Step 1

Free consultation

We start with a short online call to:

  • Get a feel for each other

  • Talk about your history, current supports, and intentions

  • See whether this work is appropriate and safe for you right now

There’s no pressure to continue.
If it doesn’t feel right, we can name that honestly.

Step 2

Preparation

We begin with preparation sessions, focused on:

  • Mapping your nervous system, history, and triggers

  • Learning basic regulation and grounding tools

  • Clarifying your intentions and boundaries for inner work

  • Supporting body and mind to come into more alignment

For clients in legal regions who want to include cannabis,
preparation also covers:

  • Exploring your current or hoped relationship with cannabis

  • Designing a safe set & setting for your journey

  • Agreeing on communication and support during your inner time

  • Exploring how you’ll recognize overwhelm vs. workable edge

Step 3

Inner journey

For cannabis‑oriented work (legal regions only), and for sober / non‑substance journeys, inner journeys might include:

  • Guided imagery

  • Body‑based tracking

  • Mindfulness work

  • Guided meditation

  • Breath work

  • Symbolic or dream‑like material that arises in session

  • Somatic movement and sensation tracking

You will be guided and supported through all of you journey.

Step 4

Integration

After the inner journey, we meet for integration sessions. Here we:

  • Unpack what happened; the images, sensations, insights, and emotions

  • Map the experience in the context of your life, relationships, and history

  • Identify what feels important to honor, keep, or practice

  • Translate it into practical experiments in daily life: new boundaries, new choices, new micro‑habits

Integration is where intensity becomes embodiment, or gets lost. The real work starts here, this is where we harvest insights.

Safety, boundaries & touch

This is a non‑sexual, fully clothed, online space.

  • There is no sexual touch, no nudity, and no erotic or exhibitionistic activity in this work.

  • We do not act out sexual scenarios together.

  • The focus is your inner experience – your sensations, emotions, boundaries, and desires – not physical contact between us.

I’m very aware that working with intimacy, sexuality, and the body,
especially across gender and power differences, requires extra care.
We name these dynamics when needed,
and I keep checking in with your pace, your boundaries, and your sense of safety.
You are always in choice.
You can pause, slow down, or stop at any time.
We create trust and a safe space together for you to reconnect with yourself.Confidentiality is always maintained.

Inclusivity & respect

This space is open to all beings of all backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and gender-expansive people.Your culture, identity, and lived experience are welcome here, and we move at a pace that honours your reality and boundaries. This work is also inclusive of all cultures, ethnicities, and religions. You don’t need to hold any particular spiritual belief (or any at all) to be here; your own language for meaning, spirituality, or no spirituality is respected.Everyone is welcome as long as they respect themselves, me, and the container. If you don’t identify as feminine but deeply resonate with this focus on the body work, you’re welcome to reach out.

Working with cannabis
(legal regions only)

Because my work can orient around cannabis, this needs to be very clear:

  • I work only with adults.

  • I do not provide, sell, or source cannabis or any other substances.

  • I do not prescribe, recommend, or advise on substance use, dosage, or medical decisions.

  • Any support related to cannabis is offered only in locations where personal use is legal, and is focused on education, mindfulness, safety, and integration.

  • Cannabis is never required to work with me. You can always choose to stay fully sober.

  • My services are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Please consult licensed professionals for medical or psychiatric care.

If we include cannabis, we do so in a harm‑reduction, consent‑based, and trauma‑sensitive way.

About me

My name is Ahmed.
I offer online guidance through mindfulness‑based, body‑awareness coaching for people navigating cannabis‑related inner journeys and other non‑ordinary states.
My approach is:

  • Non‑dogmatic & Inclusive to all – I don’t represent or promote any particular religion or belief system. I work across traditions and with people of any faith, spiritual path, or none. I welcome diversity in culture, identity, and experience, and treat your differences as part of your wisdom, not a problem.

  • Body‑aware – We pay close attention to your nervous system, breath, and sensations, not just thoughts and stories. Your body doesn’t have to perform or prove anything; it gets to show us what’s really going on, at its own pace.

  • Slow and respectful – You set the pace and depth of the work. We stay within what feels genuinely workable for your system, with space to pause, question, or stop at any time.

My work is informed by mindfulness, harm reduction, and integration principles around cannabis and other non-ordinary states.
I love supporting people who feel stuck, in need of change, or moving through transition to find more choice, clarity, and self-trust.

  • I hold certification in psychedelic guiding with advanced guiding practice, psychedelic therapy, and clinical cannabis speciality.

  • I hold teacher certifications for meditation, yoga, breath work, and Kundalini Bodywork.

  • I am currently training with Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body‑based approach to working with stress and trauma patterns.

  • I am currently in training for a diploma in Compassionate Ericksonian Hypnotherapy.

I am not a psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor.
My work is coaching and education, designed to sit alongside – not replace – medical or psychological care.
As my practice evolves, I’ll keep updating this section with new trainings, supervision, and certifications.

Questions you might haveIs this only for people who use cannabis? No. My orientation is cannabis centered.
I think a lot about how expanded states of consciousness impact the nervous system, boundaries, and intimacy.
But you don’t have to use cannabis at all.
The same; preparation → journey → integration "arc" works with sober inner work and other kinds of non‑ordinary experiences.
Cannabis is just one possible tool, only in legal regions, and only if it genuinely serves you.

Is this therapy? No. This is coaching and integration. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. This work can be designed to sit alongside a therapist, doctor, or psychiatrist if needed. Many people find it complements their existing therapy by bringing more attention to the body and to non‑ordinary states. You can share with your therapist that you’re doing this work so your support team is aligned.

What if I freeze, go blank, or shut down in a session? That’s not a problem; it’s part of the information your system is giving us.
We’ll slow down, orient to safety, and work with that response instead of pushing through it.

Do I have to talk in detail about sex?No. Intimacy and sexuality are often part of this territory, but you never have to share more than what feels right for you. We follow your pace and your body’s signals.

Do I need to have experience with cannabis? No, you don’t need any previous experience with cannabis.

I feel anxious with cannabis. There is nothing wrong with you if this happens.
We have tools and techniques to support you in relating differently to anxiety.

Are there any contraindications?Yes! But only if you decide to consume cannabis. There are situations where cannabis use may be contraindicated, for example if you are:- Pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive
- Living with certain severe mental health conditions
- Experiencing current suicidal ideation
- Struggling with severe substance addiction
- Living with an active eating disorder
This is not a complete list.
We will go through a careful safety assessment
before engaging in any work that involves cannabis,
and I may recommend you consult with a licensed medical
or mental health professional
before we start to work together.
If for any reason it doesn’t feel safe or appropriate to include cannabis,
you will always have the possibility to work with me without cannabis.
Your health and safety are taken very seriously.

A note on cannabisCannabis is a psychoactive plant who has psychedelic qualities. It can shift perception, slow things down,
and amplify sensation, emotion, and inner imagery.
It acts through the body’s own endocannabinoid system,
which helps regulate pain, tension, mood, and inflammation.
In a quiet, intentional setting, cannabis can make
the subtle language of the body more noticeable: how the muscles and fascia
(the connective tissue web under the skin) hold bracing, numbness, or old stories.
With the right support, this increased sensitivity can become
an opportunity to meet those patterns with breath, awareness,
and care, rather than overriding or pushing through them.
It’s not the right tool for everyone or every moment,
and it can also be destabilising for some nervous systems.
Part of our work is to listen honestly to your body and history,
and to decide together if cannabis (where legal) has a role in your process at all.

About this workOn the surface, we pay a lot of attention to body sensations: tightness, heat, numbness, fluttering, pressure, softening. But the work is bigger than that. Sensation is just the doorway. This approach can be held in different containers
depending on what you’re living through: problem solving, psycho-spiritual exploration, intimacy and sexuality, body awareness, or broader personal growth.
We’re not just trying to “feel more”; we’re learning how to relate to your experience in a way that actually shifts how you live, choose, and relate. The body carries a "record of your life": the ways you’ve protected yourself, adapted, shut down, survived. These show up as patterns in your muscles, fascia, breath, posture, and nervous system. When we give the body enough safety, time, and attention, some of that held-back charge can start to unwind and discharge: trembling, tears, warmth, breath returning, tiny movements that weren’t possible before. We’re not forcing catharsis or chasing big releases. We’re building a relationship with your body where it’s safe enough to tell the truth, layer by layer.Over time, this can mean less numbness, more contact with yourself, clearer boundaries, and a deeper sense that your body is not the enemy. It's an ally with real wisdom.
